TS-IWG Colleagues,

Thank you for your patience. Your co-Chairs seek your feedback on the attached 
revisions to CMM 2009-06 and the accompanying summary table by 13 November, 
2023. 
*	Revisions to CMM 2009-06 - in line edits proposed by co-Chairs, based on TS-IWG 
discussions. The draft revised CMM also includes necessary housekeeping for 
provisions that have expired or are no longer applicable.
*	Summary Table - summary of substantive proposed edits discussed by TS-IWG at 
TCC19 and draft recommendations from the TS-IWG potentially for WCPFC20 
consideration.
Please send all response to alex.kahl@noaa.gov and ftngwango@vanuatu.gov.vu, 
copying Lara.Manarangi-Trott@wcpfc.int and Eidre.Sharp@wcpfc.int

Feedback will be compiled and shared with members by November 17, along with further 
instruction - based on the conformity or divergence of members' feedback.

Your co-Chairs expect at least and possibly two in-person TS-IWG sessions on the margins of 
WCPFC20, to finalize 1) revisions to the transshipment CMM and 2) recommendations from the 
TS-IWG.
