Deadline for participants to reconfirm participants for TCC Working Group on the flow of observer reports

At its regular session in December 2018, the Commission agreed that the TCC observer related
working group would continue to operate electronically in 2019 and, identified specific tasks for the group.'
As a first step in the group's work this year, the working group chair, Mr. Tom Graham (USA) would like to ensure that CCMs and Observers are well represented in the working group. Mr. Graham will assume that all current working goup participants will continue to participate. If CCMs or Observers would like to remove any participants from the group or nominate additional participants, they should advise no later than 22 March 2019
